Sausage Casserole

Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
9 Sausages
1 Onion Chopped
1 Red Pepper
4/5 Mushrooms
Sprinkle of Garlic Granules
4/5 Medium Potatoes (Chopped into Cubes)
2 Carrots (Chopped into Cubes)
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
Pinch of Chilli & Paprika
450ml of Vegetable Stock


Method
Brown sausages lightly in some olive oil.

Put into the slow cooker.

Brown the pepper & onion in the garlic, chilli & paprika.

Add to the cooker, with the vegetables, tomatoes & stock.

Cook for about 8 hrs on low.


If you have any left over veg in the pot, you can blend it to make a delicious soup! :)

A very tasty dish!

I served with mashed potato and a giant yorkshire pudding. :)

And there was plenty left over. :)
