Chicken and Apricot Curry

Ingredients
1 Small Onion
2 Teaspoons Korma Paste
400ml Tin Coconut Milk
2oz Ready to eat Dried Apricots, chopped
Chicken Thighs (you can use breast)

Method
Chuck the lot in the slow cooker for a few hours on high or all day on low (unless you have a very low heat slow cooker in which case keep it on high).

Serve with rice and Nan bread.
